I know what it feels like to be frustrated with people you love, hate, or happen to be related to. :)
I use to let my frustrations boil up inside until I would inevitably say something I’d later regret.
I couldn’t seem to help myself. Those feelings would eat away at me until I got them off my chest, and it was often at the expense of someone else.
